Creating objects has always been verbose in C#.
Starting with C# 9, we can omit the type on the right if it is clear what that type is.
Be cautious, though.
Here, the compiler knows the Car receives a Bench object, though that might not be obvious to me.
Another attempt: Omit the repeated Car type but specify the bench type.
At the extreme, you can omit every type that is uniquely identified.
I am not sure if I can understand what happens in some of these lines.
Target-typed new expressions are helpful when working with collections and generic types.
This form is much shorter.
Compare that to using the var keyword.
Or, to assigning a list to a sequence.
This form loosely resembles the collection expressions of C# 12.
Follow the link to the long video to learn more about the new C# syntax.

???? About Me ????
Hi, I’m Zoran, I have more than 20 years of experience as a software developer, architect, team lead, and more. I have been programming in C# since its inception in the early 2000s. Since 2017 I have started publishing professional video courses at Pluralsight and Udemy and by this point, there are over 100 hours of the highest-quality videos you can watch on those platforms. On my YouTube channel, you can find shorter video forms focused on clarifying practical issues in coding, design, and architecture of .NET applications.❤️
